We provide many opportunities for learning about faith and theology. We have regular guest preachers at our Sunday services. For example, we have recently welcomed Archbishop Barry Morgan, Bishop David Wilbourne, Dave Kitchen (poet and author), Revd Dr Paul Fitzpatrick (chaplain of Cardiff Metropolitan University), Dai Woolridge (poet) and Bishop Michael Lewis of Cyprus and the Gulf.
We also have occasional talks and lectures on various contemporary topics, including, in recent years, Abdul-Azim Ahmed (assistant general secretary of Muslim Council of Wales) on facing extremism, Revd Richard Coles (BBC presenter) on vocation, Professor Jonathan Richards on medical ethics, Ann Davison (ecumenical accompanier for the World Council of Churches) on the Palestinian question, Perry Buck (award-winning author) on the contemporary challenge of the holocaust, and Revd Aled Edwards OBE on the refugee crisis.
