Our Partner Church

Christ Church, Roath Park is committed to work alongside St Denys Church, Lisvane to play their full and active part in God’s Mission in our local area. We have committed ourselves to support each other’s role as salt and light in our communities, to work jointly with each other where that is possible and practicable, and to pray for one another as clergy and people. We share secretarial support, pray publicly for one another, share ministry as clergy during certain services in the year, run a series of Lent talks together, hold joint services for those who have lost loved ones, run joint youth ventures, hold joint wedding preparation evenings, and undertake joint pastoral care training. We look forward to our future working together with St Denys, as the Church in Wales moves towards ministry areas and collaborative mission and ministry.
